Engsane Shipping & Returns

All sales of NFT's on Opensea are final and not subject to refunds.
NFT’s are currently sold through Opensea website with the common understanding of what you see on their website is what you get.

Return and refund policy:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 working days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: NFT’s. Returns can take up to 14 days after Engsane receives the returned product. An email will sent notifying we received the package and again when the credit card company issues authorizes the return.



Computer monitors vs Prints vs NFT’s:

Engsane website is best viewed using an Apple product such as: iMac, iPhone or iPad to see more accurate colors. Be aware that prints are normally darker and colors are slightly different from the image viewed on your display. I the artist John Engen a.k.a. (Engsane) have color calibrated my iMac based on printers color chart. Contact me if you need a small proof print first.
